Mr. Lam joined Kwong & Lee, Solicitors as a Partner in 2022. Mr. Lam advises on all aspects of civil and commercial litigation, as well as arbitration. He also has experience in criminal litigation and regulatory investigations. Since 2007, he has handled a large variety of cases covering a wide range of disputes, including shareholders disputes, cross-border contractual/commercial disputes, land related disputes (including adverse possession), matrimonial disputes and disputes concerning wills, probate and administration/distribution of estates. His experience in criminal litigation covers “white-collar” crimes and offences under the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance.
Mr. Lam is also a civil celebrant of marriages and accredited mediator.
